Sole UX designer on a two-person design team. Led end-to-end product design across three major flagship app versions, 4 standalone mini-apps (185,000+ combined users), an attestation platform for KPMG, an 80+ screen enterprise platform delivered in 2 months across 4 user portals, and partner pitches for Walmart, Franklin Templeton, Sotheby's, MasterCard, and others. Conducted user research, collaborated cross-functionally with product, engineering, and stakeholders across time zones, and contributed to design systems and reusable component patterns.

The roadmap kept shifting. Our two-person team kept shipping.

Each is a self-contained experience integrated into a larger platform — a collateralized borrowing tool, an earn-and-deposit tool for WLD/USDC, a full photo-editing-to-mint tool built for an NFT contest, and a daily engagement app with recurring interaction loops.

How do you design for death in a crypto app? Digital Estate lets users designate trustees to access their wallet if something happens to them. A sensitive feature requiring clear communication and careful UX.

Blockchain document verification for enterprise clients. The users were compliance teams, not engineers — so the flow had to make a blockchain verification process feel as straightforward as submitting a document.

Four portals. 80+ screens. Two-month timeline. Each portal serves a different user type — admin, registrar, issuer, investor — with distinct permissions, workflows, and data needs. The challenge was making four very different dashboards feel like one product without flattening the differences in how each user actually works.

Social trading platform evolving from network to trading app. Led end-to-end UX across web and mobile for features that bridged both — portfolio tracking that's inherently social. Partnered cross-functionally with product and engineering to launch trading features during $30M Series B raise. User base grew from 3M to 6M+.

Portfolio aggregation, social leaderboards, and discovery across web and mobile. Portfolio data isn't just numbers on this platform — it's social currency. The UX had to support both financial tracking and the competitive, community-driven way users actually engage with it. Shipped during $30M Series B.

Redesigned the information architecture and built a custom admin experience so non-technical content managers could own their own updates. Managed a junior UX designer, oversaw custom plugin development, and handled the full site build on Kadence Pro with custom theme work. Balanced competing priorities across multiple client stakeholders.
